HYPERTRUCK ADVANTAGES

HYPERTRUCK ADVANTAGES
- Our patented chain feed system lasts substantially longer than belt systems. This means lower maintenance costs, since the chain seldom needs to be replaced. 3 year or 12,000 cu. yd. warranty on Material Feed Chains
- Materials are dispensed by a positive feed chain delivery mechanism, unique to our mixers.
- There is no spillage of sand or stone along the length of the unit, due to our unique design. This allows for a cleaner job and cleaner chassis.
- Each aggregate can be dispensed individually at any time, using our independent clutch system. This greatly decreases calibration time.
- It also enables the operator to make a wide range of products, such as grout mixes with sand and cement, or pervious concrete with stone and cement. It allows for sand or stone to be offloaded individually, either to reload with different size stone, or to dispense either product to meet a customers’ need.
- Meets these specifications: ASTM C-685, ACI, AASHTO M-241, VMMB and CE-Certified.
Hyper Truck HT 400 Series
Capacity from 22.5 m3 / h to 45 m3 / h

A. PATENTED MATERIAL CHAIN FEED SYSTEM
Less maintenance. Three times the life of older belt feed systems. Patented US 4601.629.
B. FULL DECK
Surrounding entire unit. (Storage or extra working space, more aesthetically pleasing unit).
C. NUMBERED DIAL PLATE
Mix design changes are the fastest in the industry.
D. MATERIAL FEED
Separate chains for sand and stone, allowing for easier change of aggregates and calibration.
E. AUGER MOTOR
Rear mounted motor puts torque where it is needed, making it easier and faster to service.
F. DUST REDUCTION SYSTEM
Reduces excess dust.
G. HYDRAULIC LIFT AND SWING
Standard on all units.
H. CEMENT DELIVERY SYSTEM
Self-cleaning cement metering chain (no build-up ever). The most accurate system on the market.
How does HyperTruck work?
Independent fine and coarse shutter gates are used to accurately proportion these materials, once calibrated. Each delivery system has been certified to meet the ASTM C685 requirements. Different settings are used to produce specific mixes and can be adjusted on site to meet the customer’s requirements.
STANDARD
OPERATING
The operators control panel is located at the rear corner of the machine, allowing for all of the mechanisms to be observed from one place. Each of the systems is activated from this spot, permitting the operator total control of the process.
OPERATING
THE MACHINE
Our patented chain feed delivery system is a positive drive mechanism that accurately and consistently delivers the dry materials to the mix auger. The HyperTruck is the only machine that allows for all of the ingredients, dry or liquid, to be run individually while loaded, enabling the mixer to be quickly and easily calibrated as well as off loaded without cross contamination. Our patented system also allows sand, stone, grout, or even pervious concrete to be delivered or produced at any time.
THE MACHINE
Each material is loaded into individual compartments. Cement can be loaded by bags, super sacks, or from a silo. Aggregates are typically loaded with a skid steer or a front end loader. Water can be loaded from the top of the unit or from a deck mounted port. Each liquid admixture is also stored in its own tank and dry admixtures have a separate container.
LOADING
MIXING
All proportioned materials are brought together at the auger hopper, where the mixing begins. As the materials are continuously fed to this area, the mix auger blends and mixes them into a homogenized product. Mixing paddles along the auger flighting aid in producing thoroughly blended materials.
MIXING
PLACING
The material delivered from your HyperTruck has been accurately proportioned to the exact fresh mixture required, and in the exact amount desired. Our auger positioning controls and chute options allows the operator to precisely place the material without additional labor.

HYPERTRUCK ALSO FEATURE:

LIQUID COLOR SYSTEM
This system is designed to pump the liquid color from its shipping container into the dispensing tanks. The variable speed pump also provides the convenience to produce shades of each color.

HYDRAULIC TELESCOPIC CHUTES
These patented chutes are especially useful in flat work applications. The angle of the chute can be adjusted by the operator while delivering concrete. The chutes allow extension from 5 to 11 feet.

ADMIX SYSTEM
Flow rates ranging from 4 ounces per minute to 5 gallons per minute depending on specified flow meter and admixture. With air pressure used
to dispense admixtures, there are no pumps to clean or maintain.

SWIVEL CHUTES
These chutes are designed to reach areas that previously required moving the truck. A second swing ring at the end of the mix auger can rotate 220 degrees.

AGGREGATE BIN LINER
An acrylic-reinforced aliphatic aromatic polyurethane coating applied to the inside of the aggregate bins to prevent, abrasion, corrosion and permit smooth flow of aggregates.

PUMP CHUTE
A short chute that hangs at the end of the auger. It is designed to deliver concrete into a pump hopper or wheel barrow.

RECOIL TOP
In-cab switch provides easy operation to cover and uncover the aggregate bin. Most states require bin to be covered when loaded.

AGGREGATE BIN SCREENS
Prevents possible damage of equipment by screening materials through a 2-1/2”x2-1/2” (63.5mm x 63.5mm) opening

FIBER FEEDER
Our patented fiber feeder will automatically introduce the fiber into the mix auger. The feeder is powered by a variable speed hydraulic motor,
so that fiber can be adjusted to meet various specifications.

MANUAL TELESCOPIC CHUTES
Standard equipment on all units. These chutes are expandable from 4 to 8 feet in 6” increments.

DIGITAL METERING SYSTEM
Our Digital Metering System prints a ticket showing the actual amount of concrete and ingredients produced at the job site. Stored information maybe downloaded to a computer via flashcard or USB cable.
Our in-cab interface panel stores all the necessary information that the operator needs, along with the current yardage being produced. Gate settings for aggregates, flow meter readings for admixtures, and specified strength for up to 99 mix designs can be stored.
